Join us for this special Abundance Yoga Flow!
Step into a state of deep gratitude and openness with this unique Abundance Yoga Flow, where we’ll align mind, body, and spirit to recognize and attract more abundance into our lives—whether it be wealth, love, joy, or kindness. 🌿💫
We’ll begin with a 10-minute guided hypnosis meditation & sound bath, gently shifting your mindset into a space of receptivity and appreciation for the abundance already present in your life. 🧘♀️🔮 From there, we’ll move into conscious breathwork to expand energy and intention before flowing through a nourishing yoga asana practice designed to open the heart, release resistance, and welcome in prosperity on all levels. 💖🌊 The practice will close with a luxurious 10-minute savasana sound bath, allowing the vibrations to integrate your intentions and leave you feeling deeply relaxed and magnetized toward positivity. 🎶✨
All props are provided—just bring yourself, an open heart, and some water to stay hydrated. Feel free to invite a friend to share in this uplifting experience! 🙌💧
This is a special field trip for current students, held in collaboration with Visalia Valley Yoga on the 1st Thursday of every month. 📅🕉️
